RV PARTS COUNTER ASSOCIATE RESPOSIBLITIES As our Parts Counter Associate, we depend on you to keep orders flowing smoothly. Interacting with service advisors, service technicians, and Guests about their needs, you ensure overall satisfaction. You actively analyze requests and obtain parts, price, and availability information from our reference materials, including service manuals and computer. Establishing
good relationships with distributors, dealers, and service centers, you track and follow up on orders. Proactively, you determine the status of orders and communicate that status in anticipation of Guests' and colleagues' needs, questions, or concerns.

The Process Engineer provides technical assistance and engineering support to the manufacturing group. The Process Engineer will be assigned to support any and all functions of the manufacturing areas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties and responsibilities are functions of the job. This should not reflect the special talents or performance of an employee. Improve existing processes. Develop new and cost-effective manufacturing concepts. Lead scrap reduction teams through lean methodologies. Actively participate in value improvement projects. Provide technical assistance, process development
and engineering support to the manufacturing floor. This includes Extrusion, Secondary Operations, and packaging areas to ensure timely delivery of product and meeting customer expectations on cost and quality.
Provide technical evidence and responses to customer service/customers as required. Mentor extrusion technicians and engage maintenance personnel in resolving, tooling and equipment problems using systematic methods of troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and irreversible corrective action implantation. Support flawless launch of new product activities through active participation in FMEA, part and tool design reviews, Kaisen and other cross-functional team events.
Execute validation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) protocols for new product, equipment, tooling and processes. Follow SOP on re-validation of existing equipment, tooling and processes. Work closely with internal and external Engineers in developing processes that meet customer expectations on cost, quality and delivery of new product development. Document lessons learned and report status of all projects and assignments in a timely manner. Generate, update and implement process documentation, to include PCO’s, work instructions, manufacturing procedures, sample requests, process, inspection and troubleshooting guides.
Close assigned CAPA’s in a timely manner. Complete project and report status in a timely manner. Utilize project management tools in establishing timelines, building action item list and completing milestones. Understand and follow the SOP’s and work instructions pertaining to the specific area. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Performs other required duties as needed in addition to the essential duties and responsibilities described above. DESCRIPTION OF MARGINAL DUTIES: Observe and promote company standards and policies on safety, quality and productivity WORK ENVIRONMENT: The employee will occasionally be exposed to working with and near moving mechanical parts.
This may give exposure to risk of electrical shock. The employee will occasionally be exposed to wet humid conditions, working in high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold or heat, outdoor weather conditions or travel on company business. The employee will rarely (if ever) be subject to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is considered loud, if near operating production equipment. Tools/Equipment used: Constant use of hand/power tools and machine equipment, with frequent use of maintenance shop tools.
Use of a pallet/hydraulic jacks. Protective Clothing/Equipment Required : The employee will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as; safety glasses in the designated areas, hairnet/beard net. They will be given access to gloves when handling hot objects or solvents, coat, earplugs (as needed) on production floor. Special Vision Requirements: Vision requirements are: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical demand for this job is considered frequently lifting between 10 to 25 pounds at medium level and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds only.
May frequently be subject to bending. Use foot/feet to operate machine with constant exposure to dynamic standing/sitting. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (strongly preferred) Lean Manufacturing Experience (strongly preferred) Excellent (written and verbal) communication and effective human interaction skills. Flexible to change and possess a high degree level of integrity and “can do attitude”. Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals. Ability to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner. Able to comprehend college algebra, college physics, basic chemistry, statistics and unit conversion.
EDUCATION: B. S. in Engineering or Polymer Science or Equivalent Experience in an engineering role in extrusion and or molding.
