a new and well-maintained clean shop. The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers and determining the customer’s needs, in person and over the phone, in a friendly and positive manner. SUMMARY Functions as an experienced technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs of most vehicle components with little supervision required. Verifies insurance policy benefit information and obtains authorization and precertification, prior to the patient's visit or non-scheduled admission. Responsibilities POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE No direct patient care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions.
