Reach or surpass cross-sales goals and follow up on pipeline of applicants. Requires ability to deal cheerfully and professionally with members and exercise some independent judgment. Responsible for: organizing, planning, directing, and controlling all operations of the e Channel and Mail team. Oversee all origination functions and assist in the resolution of difficult and complex member account situations. Perform periodic evaluation of lending policies and procedures and modify as needed and ensure that established policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed.

Train, direct, and appraise personnel. Ensure that the mail is processed/delivered/posted accordingly including payments and deposits to accounts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Review all e-channel loans and memberships on a first-in-first out basis in a timely and professional manner. •Execute established operational goals and ensure that corporate-wide plans are complemented and supported. •Assist in developing Department policies and procedures. Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and service delivery. •Ensure lending functions are effectively and efficiently performed in accordance with established Credit Union policies and procedures, and with related legal requirements.

•Responsible for the effective and efficient administration and performance of team functions. •Monitor and evaluate work quality, efficiency, and productivity. Provide suggestions for improved service delivery. Seek new methods to accomplish Department functions. •Direct, coordinate, and ensure mail is posted/processed efficiently. •Communicate with departments/branches regarding the delivery of internal mail. •Provide assistance with complex and sensitive underwriting activities.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: • A two-year college degree or equivalent experience required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As the training area is one of constant change, the ideal candidate must be able to react positively and help lead the way forward to include new developments in training targeted to both new and existing employees.

Follow our existing training program and help develop and continue to improve our curriculum. Coordinate and perform ride-along training. Perform weekly evaluations of trainees in conjunction with other trainers to test the effectiveness of training. Moderate and administer " hands-on" technical training. Identify trainee technical/communication weaknesses and provide support and solutions; hold trainees to a high level of accountability.

Continually evaluate procedures to monitor and analyze training effectiveness and update curriculum as needed. Consult with management to backss training needs; design, develop, implement, and deliver technical training programs for varying levels of employees to meet those needs. Assist the Service Department as needed to provide even coverage and support for not only the Plumbing Division but our Maintenance Divisions as well. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Building customer loyalty will be vital in providing customer service to our arc Thrift Store customers and building customer loyalty. Various responsibilities

include receiving, stocking, loading products into trailers, and general warehouse upkeep. You will have an excellent opportunity to work alongside and build relationships with some of the best team members in the industry; however, we are also seeking self-motivated individuals because there will be times when you will be working alone.

You ll need to be able to think quickly on your feet literally. Working in a warehouse environment, processing/sorting through donations for quality control in a fast-paced assembly line environment, which will involve working with pallet jacks, moving boxes, and standing for extended periods in a general station at our arc Thrift Store location! The members of this team complete heavy lifting throughout their day, so all applicants must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted when necessary.
