Able to handle tools and various types of industrial equipment, required Able to repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems. Calibrate

Ability to read prints, required. PLC experience is a plus Past experience with 480 3PH systems, preferred. Be able to fabricate parts and systems and to weld and cut metal parts, preferred Able to measure, make calculations, and apply general geometric concepts, required Be able to make decisions, troubleshoot, and make repairs with little to no supervision, required Education : High School Diploma, required. Experience : At least 1 year previous manufacturing or foundry experience At least 3 years electrical experience

ID: 23915 Position Summary: Responsible for setting up and machining weldments of all sizes in a timely manner, while maintaining exceptional quality. Responsibilities: Set-up and machine weldments per print efficiently and accurately; Complete any necessary inspection worksheets; Maintain minimal (preferably none) re-work or scrap; Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes; Keep work area clean and organized; and Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience / Skills: 2+ years’ experience as a machinist; Prior experience operating boring mills preferred; High attention to detail and

quality; Ability to read and interpret blue prints; Ability to accurately use standard machinist measuring tools; Ability to setup and run “one-off” parts to print efficiently and accurately; Ability to keep work area clean and organized; Must work well under pressure; and Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills.

Nonessential Skills and Experience: Safety (OSHA, SDS), ANSI (RIA) standards. Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S): Understand the Company’s EH&S Policy and how it relates to this job; Be aware of OSHA & EPA laws and regulations as well as company rules and policies that pertain to this job; Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and

observe all company EH&S procedures; Immediately notify the supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly or if there are any questions regarding EH&S procedures; and Attend required EH&S training.
