This position is responsible for maintenance of the residential apartment homes, public space, outside grounds and equipment. Each community location

has pre-designated office hours which this position will need to accompany to ensure community operations are functioning effectively. Key Contributions: Property Appearance/Upkeep: Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition.

Daily exterior and interior inspections of the community to assure. Cross utilization of Groundkeeper duties may be required. Appliance Maintenance: Trouble-shoot, diagnose and correct minor failures to air conditioning and heating units. Repair minor electrical and plumbing problems. Make Ready: Responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance to company standards. Some painting may be required. Laundry room: Maintain

laundry rooms to guidelines of the company. Pool Maintenance (if applicable): Completion of daily chemical inspections, maintenance and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.

Customer Service: Ensure that the property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and is available for on-call emergencies (i. e. snow removal) per Community Manager's request. Perform other duties as needed. Experience: One year maintenance experience in residential property experience. Physical & Cognitive: Frequent standing and walking, as well as occasional sitting. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds. Occasional squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing. If job includes or may include driving for company business: Driver must have a valid driver s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier Driver must have reliable means of transportation Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.

Summary: An operator is responsible for performing and documenting all tasks and activities associated with biologics manufacturing at the Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody (m Ab) manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: Execute and monitor critical processes for m Ab manufacture such as media and buffer preparation, upstream expression, downstream purification, formulation, fill/finish, and/or secondary packaging.

Operate in a USDA / FDA / EMA c GMP regulated environment, maintaining strict adherence to all applicable regulations.

Accurately follow SOP’s and batch production records in operation of production equipment, performance of processing steps, and execution of daily tasks. Perform aseptic manipulations and demonstrate knowledge and experience of aseptic techniques. Interface with the Quality Control department to submit in-process samples and coordinate environmental monitoring during key process steps. Assemble, prepare, and maintain process equipment including, but not limited to biological safety cabinets, incubators, bioreactors, chromatography skids, columns, tangential flow filtration systems, pumps, fill/finish units, labelling/packaging units and ancillary equipment.

Identify and support the implementation of process improvement opportunities where applicable. Perform work safely, to Elanco quality standards, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills including experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office products. Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient reading, comprehension, and application skills toward a diverse set of complicated tasks.

Ability to accurately perform calculations, analyze, and processes scientific data. Demonstrated success working in a team environment. Innovative spirit, strong initiative and work ethic, and positive attitude. Demonstrated ability and understanding of safe working habits. Ability to work flexible hours as necessary to meet production demands and timelines. Must be able to wear appropriate gowning and personal protective equipment (PPE) in production and manufacturing support areas.
