Shift Differential: $1.00/hr JOB OVERVIEW: Our Production Operator

is a key team member who helps manufacture our quality inks and pigment products. As a Production Operator, you will become an expert in multiple areas within the production team ranging from receiving and processing raw materials, to the operation of various equipment to assist with the manufacturing process, to the quality control of our products, to the customer shipments.

DUTIES: Responsible for producing batches of pigments or inks in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to quality requirements. Operating production equipment to produce quality products in accordance with standard procedures. Complying with all safety procedures and safety training requirements. Operating material

handling equipment, including hoists and forklifts. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED Preferred experience in a production environment working with manufacturing equipment.

Comfortable working with hoists and/or forklifts. Must be able to wear an N-95 Mask Drug and background screening is required. The full performance level of this position is WG-08 grade level. Progression from the entry-level to the full performance level for this occupation will depend on successful completion of all requirements for promotion. Promotions may be considered after a year at each grade level, but are not guaranteed to occur on a specific time schedule.
