Requires computer knowledge. Generate bills of lading for truck loading. Will be processing invoices for every load loaded using our SAP billing system. Monitor the load out of product to customers. May be required to be on call to address customer issues while the Self-Loading system is in operation after normal terminal operating hours and weekends. Daily reconciliation of shipping reports. Requires knowledge of excel spreadsheet

for data tracking. Requires some accounting knowledge. (Example-Balancing a check book) Maintain and repair equipment and facilities through preventive maintenance.

Must have background working on equipment to make repairs. (trouble shooting equipment, disassemble, repair, re-assembly of equipment) Will be using hand tools to grease bearing, tighten drive belts and chains on equipment. Requires a person that can work alone and self-motivated. Not required but knowledge of arc welding and cutting torch operation is very useful. May be requested to work overtime during breakdown events or return to work during these events. Assist the Terminal Manager with day-to-day office activities and

other special projects. Assume Terminal Manager Responsibilities during vacations and other work interruptions.

Practice and observe that terminal is in compliance with safety and environmental standards. Perform duties to ensure proper appearance of facility including general cleanliness, landscaping and janitorial duties. Safety and Security: Observe safety and security procedures; Determine appropriate action beyond guidelines; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly. Position Overview: Quad is seeking a Full Time Folder/Gluer Operator at our Franklin, WI plant location. The Operator performs set-up and operates the machine to automatically fold, glue, and affix inserts and/or outserts, security tags and adhesive labels on preprinted stock to ensure that production accurately meets the customer job order. Make-Ready functions Production: Activate process; monitor production and adjust

machine during production run as required. Synchronize speed of machine to maximize crews output. Perform and/or arrange for preventative maintenance according to schedule.

Record router information and information for daily production sheets such as: time spent on specific tasks, number of items produced, etc. Operators frequently operate and oversee the operation of more than one feeder/gluer operation at one time.
