JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a highly responsible project manager position with both technical and administrative duties within the Division of Information Technology (IT), Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM) Unit. This position will manage multiple IT projects

to support the Agency's strategic plan, legislative requirements, and technology needs.

Projects involve creating custom software, Software as a Service (Saa S), or vendor-led solutions. Custom software development projects follow a hybrid agile project management approach. Business analyst experience is preferred. YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage complex projects that support the Agency's business needs by following industry standard project methodologies. Manage project scope, project budget, and implementation activities to deliver projects on time and within budget. Ensure that the project team delivers high quality solutions that meet business needs.

Collaborate with the project sponsor to determine project vision and scope. Articulate the conceptual, logical, and physical design of the solution. Develop and manage a project schedule for the full project life cycle. Conduct planning, scheduling, and implementation activities to complete project goals. Work with project team members to identify the tasks needed to complete the project, estimate the level of effort to complete the tasks, and assign tasks to team members. Complete ISDM project documentation as required. Ensure that the project team complies with ISDM processes, technical standards, and documentation standards.

Communicate project status to stakeholders, Agency management, and team members in a timely and clear fashion. Develop collaborative relationships with team members and customers to achieve project goals. Identify and manage technical and non-technical issues and risks that could impact the project. Use problem solving skills to remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks when possible. Escalate issues to management when appropriate. Serve as the business analyst for assigned projects as needed. This includes but is not limited to conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and interviews to gather and document business requirements, workflow diagrams, and process maps.

Transform business requirements into features, user stories, wire frames, functional and non-functional requirements. Test and validate work products. Coordinate user acceptance testing with the customer. PREFERENCES: - Preference will be given to candidates with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. - Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field from an accredited college or university.

Regular review of data in SPARS (SAMHSA Performance and Accountability Reporting System) and WITS (Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services) and cross reference with FASAMS reports produced by the SOR Data Coordinator to ensure data quality and accuracy. Collect and review special projects reports, including hospital/jail bridge and child welfare, and develop/maintain corresponding databases for tracking and reporting.

Produce monthly reports on SOR-funded prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including client-level data for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and other reports, as required. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including, but not limited to the Florida Department of Health and the Agency for Health Care Administration for collection and review of related data and reviewing and/or monitoring other opioid and stimulant-related public health programs.

Assist Data Coordinator regarding monthly conference calls with Managing Entities (MEs) to discuss Government Performance Results Act (GPRA) compliance rate, data discrepancies, and overall data quality.
