- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area. - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. - Perform other duties as assigned by the management team. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous customer service experience is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
