of international high school students attending a cultural immersion program. While on campus the Activity Leaders will be asked to provide entertainment for the students ranging from afternoon sports activities to nightly dance parties and other various activities.

Activity Leaders must be prepared to guide students on local and regional excursions and provide information about the attractions they are exploring. schedule to meet the demands of the program to include a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts. Activity Leaders are required to reside on campus in Summer School Recruit provided housing for the duration of the program.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE Candidate must have a High School degree or equivalent. Successful candidates will have enthusiasm; excellent organizational skills; the ability to be creative; good interpersonal skills; and the ability to work in a high pressure environment. KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES Pre-Program Attend all training/induction meetings prior to the start of a session, as required Review itineraries and become knowledgeable with attractions the students will visit Complete any required training sessions/courses as directed Program Set-up Assist the Activity Manager(s) with the preparation of the site to include creation of bulletin boards, signage, itineraries, welcome packets, and activity programs Participate in the set-up of student rooms by distributing linen, arranging furniture, and preparing keys Arrival Day Enthusiastically greet students at the airport and escort them back to campus Participate in the orientation program for each group Accurately check-in students, distribute welcome packets, and materials, as well as the collection of any required forms and/or security deposits Assist students and group leaders by show the guests to their rooms and reporting any problems with the cleanliness or condition of the guest's rooms Lead campus tours and activities to familiarize the guests with the campus On-Campus Activities Lead the students in on campus activities to include sports, swimming, disco nights, karaoke, talent shows, scavenger hunts, and games Assist in the set-up and/or breakdown of the room(s) for each event Participate in the staff talent show act(s) and encourage others to participate in all activities by leading by example Off-Campus Excursions Be knowledgeable regarding the itineraries and places the studen.

Essential Functions of Position: Perform as the Primary Clinician as assigned by the ACCS Integrated Team Director for a caseload not to exceed 28 Persons and as the Primary Clinician on the Engagement Team of each assigned Person Identify engagement strategies considering the Person’s situation and preferences, and review and revise engagement strategies as necessary. Responsible for each assigned person’s clinical backssments and treatment plans. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to supervisees to insure the

knowledgeable incorporation of evidence based practices and philosophies into engagement strategies, treatment planning and the selection of interventions based on each Persons’ backssed readiness and expressed interest in order to support long-term recovery.

These practices include but are not limited to; Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral for Treatment (SBIRT), Stages of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Seeking Safety and Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM)Utilize recovery-oriented language and principles in all communication and interactions with Persons, colleagues, and collaterals.
