Provides technical support to customers by handling systems-related issues; may provide on-call technical support telephonically and/or electronically. Performs analysis of the Gainwell Care Management system’s operational deficiencies and identifies and implements solutions.

Understands and supports client data and data processes, including REST API-based data integration, batch file imports, performance and indexing, and export routines. Builds, configures, and troubleshoots 3rd party application integrations. Tests software system capabilities and performance in client environments to ensure that software meets standards and expectations. Works on projects as assigned; assists in supporting

the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects.

Implements and documents processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standard business practices. Assists in the implementation of training tools and documentation. Provides basic technical consultation on current and proposed systems to other organizations and clients. Performs routine repairs, maintenance and upgrades of existing systems using solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures. Investigates and resolves matters of significance. Works with product development teams and senior designers in developing design requirements that are accurate and relevant to company needs.

What we're looking for 1 to 3 years using Microsoft Sql Server, with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and write and execute data transformation scripts. 1 to 3 years working with third party software integration through various interface engines (ETL, Interface Integration) 1 years with web application hosting in Microsoft IIS, web APIs with the ability to troubleshoot an API-based application. 1+ Years experience developing and/or supporting web applications or schooling in technical degree (C#,NET, GIRA) Experience with Aurelia (framework for routing and data binding), Typescript – (Javascript with types), and materialize – (Cascading Style Sheet) a plus.

What you should expect in this role This position is 100% remote, the person will need to be available between 8 am – 5 pm MT Monday – Friday. They will need to work with technical and non-technical staff, support clients in critical system down scenarios, and ensure they are keeping others up to date of progress. Communication, teamwork, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges are all key to be successful in this position. Notes Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

Works with client system owners and other team stakeholders to ensure that systems meet client requirements and performance expectations.

Serve in a Senior Reviewer role conducting engineering and construction reviews for key water treatment projects. Able to lead proposal development as well as support management reviews of projects and proposals. Participates and actively engages in relevant professional organizations and conferences. Visits project teams and sites to assist with on-project technical challenges. Qualifications and Skills: Basic Qualifications Registered PE. Bachelors or higher degree in chemical engineering from an accredited university.

15 years of experience directly relating to and including design, engineering, specification, and construction of semiconductor (or similar high-tech) water treatment facilities. 5 years of experience with semiconductor wastewater reclaim systems. Additional Qualifications: Substantial experience in EPC industry and/or facility operations, with multiple years in a leadership role. A thorough understanding of water treatment engineering principles and their application to typical semiconductor water treatment systems. Extensive experience with major regulations and industry codes and standards affecting standard design, specification, quality, or processes.

The candidate must possess the vision and hands on experience to formalize, standardize, govern, and evolve the architecture design, standards, and processes with the objective to deliver best practice, relevant, timely, reliable, and cost-effective solutions to the Business Unit stakeholders.

Make an Impact by Lead in solution design and implementation for large scale systems across Sales Platform. Understand existing systems and its part in a complex architecture landscape. Translate business requirements

into detailed solution designs. Communicate and influence customer expectations, based on pre-define requirements and information collected. Provides review, oversight and approval for Digital works which includes projects, incremental enhancements and fix and maintenance jobs.

Act as the single point of contact for business and other IT domains. Ensure works are delivered on time, meet business & technical requirements and are within the project budget. Ensures team is adopting delivery management standards and monitor the progress of the delivery on a regular basis. Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the domain build-run team. Document all technical

requirements and design technical solutions utilizing enterprise architecture standards including documenting all solution components and configurations.

Identify where exceptions to the enterprise architecture standards are required. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, breaking down barriers for the team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed. Manage, coach and develop junior developers from both onshore and offshore development centres Skills for Success Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Minimally 8 years of relevant experience. Must have hands-on experience in solution design for complex system integrations across Saa S, Cloud and On-Prem environments Hands-on experience in s ystem solutioning and software development: PL/SQL and Java Knowledge in enterprise telco products.

Experience in build, run and securing internet facing platforms. Experience in Sales Performance Management platform is desired. Knowledge of enterprise Saa S such as Sale Performance Management solution is a plus. Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops is a plus Strong knowledge of cloud and system design pattern is a plus. Role description & Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot industrial mechanical equipment. Resolve equipment problems in the field through technical assistance with Maintenance Craftsmen. • Develop mechanical maintenance guidelines for industrial equipment. • Analyze, understand, and mitigate risks to the production line through predictive/preventive maintenance measures. Analyze trends to help make good

maintenance decisions. • Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices. Implement best practices and tools that will result in high operational availability (OA).

• Provide quality standard work instructions for critical equipment rebuild. • Provide engineering design as needed to support the Facilities Engineering Department. This could include: • Designing, specifying and integrating mechanical equipment for process equipment, steam systems, hydraulics, and HVAC equipment. • Providing detailed cost estimates for project design and implementation • Preparing specifications for the procurement of pumps, valves, compressors, tanks, and other miscellaneous of plant equipment.

• Preparing required engineering calculations for equipment sizing, line sizing, and system design.

Position Requirements: • BS in Mechanical Engineering • 1-4 years industrial facility mechanical design experience • Chemical processing and industrial HVAC experience preferred • Experience with industrial equipment • Auto CAD drafting ability • Solid modeling experience a plus; not a requirement • Ability to work in the field, climb ladders, work outside and work in congested areas. May be hired at a lower level with Mechanical Engineering degree and 0 yrs experience.
