Pay rate 15.00 / Hour As a Janitor for Allied Universal Janitorial Services, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing our client's property to keep it in the best shape possible.

Qualifications/Requirements Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for full time positions. Able to: Work in various working conditions and environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat for extended periods. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and machinery including scrubbers, pressure washer, and carpet extractor. Ability to climb ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time. Ability to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds. Ability to grab, twist, bend, stoop, kneel,

reach overhead, and operate equipment frequently and repetitively during working hours.

Establish the level of sanitation and maintain appropriate documentation to meet or exceed the standards set by regulatory agencies. Provide engineering counsel and leadership in establishing and refining preventative maintenance programs, employee training, manpower scheduling techniques, parts room inventory, efficiency improvement programs, regulatory compliance programs etc. Direct the activity of the Maintenance Engineers and Supervisors to insure proper and timely

repairs and projects. Establish work measurement techniques and determine the effectiveness and needed improvements of the maintenance group.

Perform engineering analysis to determine the root cause of the most critical and repetitive failures. Analyze equipment history to identify specific failures and effectively address them. Administer the PM/PPM programs and inventory for all equipment. Use of the latest predictive maintenance technology for review and refinement. Support and achieves corporate goals. Avoid waste and misuse of product and materials. Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
