On 3 days one week and 4 days the next week. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, flue pipes, water lines, burner systems, air compressors, and hydraulic systems. Install, maintain, and repair all piping in the facility. Install, maintain, and repair valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, gauges, and meter in facility. Weld and repair carbon and stainless steels. AWS D1.1 required. Layout and
fabricate from blueprint or sketch. Communicate with employees and supervisors from all departments to identify problems and develop solutions. Repair and upkeep of buildings and building systems as required.
Basic electrical troubleshooting including motor control circuits and changing out motors. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Able to work independently or with a team. Qualifications Must have an AWS D1.1 certification. Rigging and lifting Must have the ability to work with Microsoft Office products. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems; L2L, MP2, Maximo, etc. ) a plus. Must be able to operate a manlift and
forklift. Must be able to enter confined spaces and climb fixed/portable ladders.
Must be able to operate cranes and be able to obtain operating certificate for mobile cranes.
