Our team members follow regularly scheduled safety inspections and repairs, while always keeping an eye out for potential hazards, before they become actual hazards.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that everything on-site works like a well-oiled machine, including the utilities we provide to our guests, the equipment and resources our team relies on to service our guests, and the appearance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds. Challenges may include repairing or replacing aging infrastructure,

guest-damaged or weather-damaged property, the need to make mechanical repairs to equipment, unclogging toilets, etc. Our properties should always be sparkling clean and appear in like-new condition.

Duties & Responsibilities As with all positions on our team, live Team Outsider’s values, helping to create extraordinary experiences for our guests while performing the responsibilities of your position. Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, staining, power washing, maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the campground's General Manager. Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as instituted

by the General Manager. Depending on your properties amenities this may include regular cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool and spa, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, garbage pick-up, propane pumping, laundry servicing, and various other campground equipment upkeep.

Ensure that all guests and team members are provided with a safe environment at all times. Comply with all company, federal, state and local safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals with an emphasis on your personal safety, as well as that of fellow team members and campground guests. Always greet guests with a smile.

Always maintain a well-groomed appearance, a proper uniform and name tag. Provide superior guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests' needs. Mountain Dam (MMD) on the White River near Enumclaw in King County, WA. Duties Perform simple electrical and mechanical tasks by following instruction from journeyman-level employees. Perform minor repairs of plumbing facilities such as replacing faucets, hose connections, fish flumes and pipes, drains, heat traces, pipe, and miscellaneous fixtures.

Assist journeyman-level employees to install, construct, repair or modify items and structures. Paint equipment, gates, road surfaces, curbs, fish tanks, buildings, and furniture items using standard brushing or spraying techniques under the direction of a journeyman-level employee. Under the guidance and supervision of journeyman-level employees,

performs a variety of welding processes to carry out standard welding operations, not requiring critical stress or testing of weld. Perform miscellaneous duties such as preparing purchase card requests, maintaining roads, clearing debris from channels, cutting trees and limbs, opening and closing gates, cleaning building and restrooms, pressure washing and sediment removal.

Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Pre-employment physical is required. Pre-employment drug test and random drug testing required. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license. Must be

willing and able work rotating shifts to include evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.

PHYSICAL EFFORT: Uses moderate physical effort in the process of stacking, loading, unloading, moving, and carrying tools, equipment, and materials as heavy as 50 lbs. Frequently required to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions. May occasionally work in cramped and confined quarters, and the work requires expending significant effort in moving materials, and adjusting and placing heavy equipment throughout the day. WORKING CONDITIONS: Majority of work is performed outside in extreme temperature and weather conditions.

Is subject to strains and similar types of injuries from lifting tools, heavy equipment, and materials. Is frequently exposed to the possibility of cuts, bruises, scrapes. and electrical shock. Is frequently required to wear uncomfortable protective clothing. Work is often dirty and greasy. May work on ladders and scaffolding. Will work in the close proximity of deep and fast-moving water where drowning is possible if proper personal safety harness and floatation devices are not utilized or worn properly.
