Basic Qualifications: Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or other STEM discipline, with 14 years of relevant experience in engineering development projects -OR- Master's degree in STEM, with 12 years of relevant experience in engineering development projects Ability to obtain and maintain a Do D Secret Clearance At least 1 year of professional experience developing software in C++ Professional experience working in an Agile environment Preferred Qualifications: Current Active Do D Secret Clearance Linux (Red Hat / Cent OS) Python Kubernetes & Containers Atlassian Tools Vector Cast Unit Testing Software documentation - Requirements and design descriptions Salary Range: $142,500 - $213,700 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
