Reviews plans and specifications to determine scope and resources necessary to complete the projects. Represent the company in communications with the owner, DOT representative, suppliers and subcontractors. Manage project documentation. Make sure mile goal is being met daily. Communicate and reinforce the company vision, values and goals. Drive company vehicle. Transport the crew members to the job site. Ensure crew members have water, bags, reflective vest, and
litter sticks. Pick up the trash bags of the highway and any big debris and tires.
