Help Head Housekeeper with maintenance of housekeeping supplies inventory. Report any fixtures that need fixing or replacing to maintenance department Practice safety techniques in using cleaning supplies, particularly ensuring supplies are secured. Report any known or suspected elderly abuse to the appropriate agencies, including but not limited to Adult Protective Services and Community Care Licensing. Ensure each resident looks clean and presentable throughout the day. Observe Resident's Rights, as posted within the facility. Promptly respond to resident calls for assistance. In Emergency situations, assist residents according to the Emergency Plan of the facility. Assist with First Aid as directed.
Maintain a cooperative and cheerful attitude when relating to residents or their guests.
Assist with bathing and dressing of residents as scheduled or directed. Assist residents at mealtime as directed or needed. Assist residents with personal hygiene needs as needed throughout the shift. Assist residents with daily recreational activities, including crafts, games, music, and exercise and encourage participation.
