Operator will be responsible for meeting all quality specifications on all finished goods - this includes, but is not limited to verifying all code dates and proper weights for each tote. The Agglomerate Line Operator must be knowledgeable in the activities of the personnel working on the line as he or she will assist in overseeing and training personnel.

Troubleshooting and mechanical skills are a plus. Position Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities for each position and equipment function on the agglomerate line. Check scales and tote weights at the beginning and during each shift; every two hours check the tote per pallet and record in appropriate

location. Identify and remove defective products or materials. Communicate with other shifts and/or departments regarding potential problems, product needing blended, line changes, etc.

Record all packaging information on packaging reports, and all changes or problems in the Shift Paperwork. Records must be legible, accurate, and complete, in English. Responsible for housekeeping and general appearance of Agglomerate and Packaging areas. Check at the start of each shift and during product changes that totes, date code stickers, etc. are correct for the product being packaged. Work cautiously around moving parts and equipment, adhere to LOTO safety, confined space policies and use good

safety practices at all times. Timely completion of the check-out list and reports.

Good knowledge of date codes, and appropriate locations for Pallet tickets Knowledge of product grade limits, and steps taken to correct out of spec product Familiarity with chemicals used in the cleaning and sanitizing process. We are seeking two Conflict of Interest and Export Control Coordinators to support the Associate Director of Export Controls and Controlled Data on significant university projects. This position is hybrid-eligible with the expectation of being on campus 2-3 days per week. Level Scope: Recognized subject matter expert who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field with limited oversight from managers. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; requires deep job knowledge of areas typically obtained through higher education combined with experience.

Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions. May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy. Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. Essential Functions:60% of the Time the Position must: Facilitate Boise State Universitys Conflicts of Interest Program in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

Develops, implements, and monitors procedures and practices designed to promote compliance with this program. Act as the primary university contact for all questions related to Boise States Conflict of Interest and Commitment policy; ensure the policy is reviewed and updated on a set schedule and as necessary to maintain compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies. Collaborate with key staff members across multiple divisions to ensure questions within the Universitys conflict of interest and disclosure system are relevant and responsive to state and federal conflict requirements and align with university policy.

Work closely with the Office of Sponsored Programs to identify and disclose conflicts as defined in sponsored project agreements. Provide customer support, education, training, guidance, and technical assistance to individuals who are required to submit annual or ad hoc conflict disclosures; follow up with staff who have not completed disclosures to support policy compliance. Review all annual conflict of interest disclosure forms and process identified conflicts in accordance with university policy, including the facilitation and involvement of a conflict committee.

Perform conflict of interest and commitment backssments, establish management plans, coordinate committee work, and document determinations with diligence. Apply National Security Presidential Memorandum - 33 (NSPM-33) and policies from the National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation, and other government organizations related to financial support from and affiliations with international institutions. Support investigations that may arise from or involve conflicts of interest and associated disclosures.35% of the Time the Position must: Support Boise State Universitys export control, undue foreign influence, and research security functions in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

Promotes awareness of aspects of conflict of interest and commitment that overlap with aspects of undue foreign influence, research security, foreign travel, cybersecurity, and export control. Screen entities and personnel, including visitors, collaborators, subcontractors, foreign destinations, and end users according to organizational procedures and best practices; advise university personnel with respect to screening outcomes, including the Center for Global Engagement, Human Resources, academic departments, international travelers, and various administrative units.

Review proposals and agreements to advise researchers, sponsored program officers, and various administrative units on contractual terms relating to undue foreign influence and research security, including export control. Maintain or facilitate maintenance of required records and supporting documentation, including authorization forms, notices, and plan documents; keep notes; organize and lead meetings.5% of Time the Position must: Perform other duties as assigned, primarily those necessary to support ethics, integrity, security, and compliance matters related to research activities.
