You collaborate closely with technology teams and business teams to enable our fast: paced business to grow and evolve. Working with a high: performance team, you focus on the timely design and delivery of initiatives using modern lean application development platforms and integrated business systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in technology design, and software development with a proven track record of designing complex applications using modern Low code technology platforms. This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in one of our main offices located in Deerfield, IL or Oak Creek, WI to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES: What you will be doing: Able to design/blueprint the applications and integrations using various design patterns. Develop and ensure that the best practices in code development and processes are followed. Lead design, development and systems integration activities, monitor
and coordinate activities with onshore and offshore developers.
Design logical and Physical data models within MS Power Platform or Out Systems Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards. Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported and take corrective action. Translate end: user requirements into feasible technical specifications and low: level design. Participate in scrum meetings and meet customer needs by certifying deliverables. Maintain the system environments and code migrations. Ability to express ideas in both business and user: friendly languages. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in information technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline 5+ years of software development experience with a good understanding of the software architectural patterns using ASP.
NET and 2+ years with Core 3+ years of experience in Design and development, including advanced knowledge of Lifetime (Out Systems), React, Angular, CSS, Java Script, SQL Server and MS Power Apps ecosystem (Automate, flow) 3+ years of experience working with various database stacks like SQL Server, Oracle 2+ years of experience in using Dev Ops tools (Azure, GIT, Bitbucket) 2+ years of experience with building and consuming REST APIs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of agile, scrum or lean practices.
Prior experience building cloud: based AI applications. Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Icing on the cake: Experience with specific CPG industry tools and technologies, such as ERP systems, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
