If you are interested in the Warranty Claims Processor position you will: Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Process Warranty claims submitted by Grand Design Dealer(s) daily. Process Vendor Chargebacks for non-return parts from Dealer(s) daily. Answer internal and external emails - same day responses. Phone contact with Dealers with questions on Warranty Claims. Research Grand Design Parts to verify part numbers match what the Dealer is requesting. Secondary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely
with Dealer Relations on approved Pre-Authorizations compiling correct information: Manufacture, Model and Serial numbers, Pictures, Auth numbers from vendors etc.
Work with Regional Service Managers by processing claims in a timely manor for ISP's and retail customers. Attend monthly staff meeting Work with Vendors on VCB's and Authorizations when they have questions. Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required: Previous Warranty Claims Processing experience preferred Previous Customer Service experience RV Industry knowledge or background Strong computer/typing skills Proficient in Word & Excel Strong written & verbal communication skills Work Environment: Office Environment Occasional time on the shop floor Remote Access to Internet Required Successful candidate must be organized, positive and friendly with a follow through mindset.

If you are interested in the Lamination: Ro uter position you will: Key Areas of Responsibility Use a panel router that weighs ~ 6 lbs. to route the décor paneling on the part Pull off the excess scrap material and throw it away Scrape foam off the perimeter of the part Use a glass router that weighs ~16 lbs. to route out the windows, doors, and compartment openings Throw the trash away in the hopper that can weigh ~25 lbs. This can require bending over to pick up off the floor and carry over head
Clean debris off the part with an air blower to apply seam tape Use a hoist to lift the part on to the trailer for shipping The team will manually pull parts off the cart to sawhorses to be able to route.

If you are interested in the Lamination: Foamer /Stuffer p osition you will: Key Areas of Responsibility Lifts parts with a team to lay on the table and prepare to stuff foam Uses a tape measure to make sure the part is square, and foam cut sizes are correct Uses a knife to cut foam to size and stuff within the parts per print Stuffs foam and glues egs backers on the parts per print Works with a team to lift the parts from the leaner cart onto the table and then onto another cart after being stuffed
