Propose, lead, and execute continuous improvement. Ensure the training of the operators. Coach, develop, and manage employees. Report quality events, perform investigations, and document results. Review batch records and other GMP related documents for accuracy Qualifications: Strong leadership skills Strong verbal and written communication Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and manage employees. Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred. Proficient in MS Office (world, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Experience in GMP governed facility is strongly preferred. Completes a variety of daily and other periodic reports such as daily construction diaries, material records and testing records using the Site Manager program. Provides input to Project Engineer/Project Supervisor in order to assist with day-to-day operations. Requires Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely-related field and 3 yrs experience in an automotive position at an OEM or Tier One supplier compiling & analyzing data on spreadsheets; analyzing MRP systems & how data comes into the system & is used to make plans; ensuring MRP system has correct & most up-to-date data; and communicating with cross-functional personnel at multiple levels of the organization.
