Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass background check & drug screen 2 + years experience as a residential or commercial service technician preferred Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience repairing and replacing decisions EPA Universal Certification NATE certification or willingness to obtain preferred Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder Ability to communicate the benefits of preventable maintenance Demonstrate advanced customer service skills with the ability to communicate ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers

Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing. Develop training programs for the service department as needed and directed. Work Hours : 7:00
am - 5:00 pm with some overtime and on-call Location: Fishersville, VA Required Qualifications : 2+ years of experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check Universal EPA Certification Low Voltage License Advanced customer service skills.
