Extant systems support tasks include validating existing and pending requirements, developing courses of action that enable unencumbered service delivery, and identifying paths (technological, funding, contracting, and implementation) that enable execution.

MPE Future State tasks include defining performance requirements, clarifying service delivery specifications, capturing trade-offs, and promoting traceability through all phases of development, testing, and delivery. The Senior Systems Engineer role involves utilizing technical knowledge and engineering tools and methodologies to define and integrate across numerous functional elements and branches within the Mission Partner Capabilities Office.
