The Advocacy Manager will coordinate with legal staff and research faculty for bill drafting and educational materials. This position reports to the Director of Policy and Programming. This is a full-time, hybrid post (2 days a week) in either Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD. Specific Duties & Responsibilities Manage and execute state legislative policy strategy for priority partner states. Lead and coordinate weekly internal Center advocacy call. Collaborate with Law and Policy team on legal language and analysis. Support development of policy memos, fact sheets, guides, reports, and toolkits for key policy areas. Work closely with Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Partnerships (DEIP) to ensure legislative work is conducted through an Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism, and Equity (IDARE) lens.
