Demonstrates impact in his/her area of expertise through a consistent record of publications, consultations, presentations, and panels at local and regional forums. Demonstrates excellence in student advising and mentoring. Mentors faculty in lecturer positions and/or mentors teaching assistants doing their Teaching Residency requirements.
