Plan and implement goals and objectives from the social/emotional curriculum selected and endorsed through the IEP process. Work cooperatively with other staff in the implementation of student IEPs. Organize and implement small group or individual counseling sessions with identified
students. Provide de-escalation and crisis intervention strategies with students as needed.
