RESPONSIBILITIES Appear on a wide range of default services court appearances including bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction related matters Frequent client contact Management of numerous legal matters and assignments including but not limited to settlement negotiations and litigated matters REQUIREMENTS Positive energy and confidence Superior public speaking skills Admission to two of the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania state bars.
Admission to all three is a major plus. Admission to or willingness to waive into
