WHAT YOU'LL DO: I. Operational/Professional/Business Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build the engineering teams’ capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. Develop, modify and execute operational objectives, workflow planning and support procedures Monitor and evaluate
performance relative to Engineering goals and objectives, analyze variances, develop and drive action plans to achieve optimal results, and report on key performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams to promptly identify and engage available resources to resolve service problems in a structured and process minded way Oversee the establishment and maintenance of engineering systems for domestic and international Case Centers including 2D and 3D modeling software, electronic vaulting software, and various supporting software as required Collect and analyze data concerning workflow management and capacity constraints to ensure meeting our customers’ delivery dates Support the estimating process
working collaboratively with Case Centers and other departments to refine this process Develop and continually improve system to monitor and analyze quote hit ratio Manage the front-end order fulfillment processes including contract review, design, drafting, bills-of-material administration, technical support to manufacturing and to sales, and project management; responsible for a timely and smooth release to production planning Assure that solid project management tools and disciplines are utilized, including the identification of risks, resource needs, rational prioritization process, engineering schedule adherence, and regular communication with all stakeholders concerning the engineering design Support solid financial management including budgeting, operating plan development, adherence to departmental budget and capacity planning Develop internal contact points and maintain solid relationships with management, sales and marketing teams to ensure relevant information is delivered to all other departments and teams in the organization Develop processes to ensure effective communication and exchange between the Operations group and Engineering Ensure that the Engineering Team operates professionally and efficiently to manage customer need II.

Compliance Ensure Engineering processes and practices at all facilities within assigned region are in compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to FAR, ITAR and FCPA. Execute recruiting strategy, promote employer brand, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Manage and prioritize multiple searches. Manage communication with
candidates and applicants; review resumes, prescreen candidates, and prepare applicants for interviewing. Screen, interview, prepare candidate summaries, work with search committees and negotiate offers.
Collaborate with HR operations to optimize Workday configurations in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes to create a best-in-class candidate experience.
