to stranded sea turtles and to conduct research and education, ultimately with the intention of releasing rehabilitated animals back to the wild. The Aquarium's Rescue program is one of the oldest in the country, and triages on average 400 sea turtles annually.

This is a full-time, approximately 4-month long, temporary position, requiring on-site work. The weekly schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8a - 6:30p EST. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Under the direction of the senior biologists, organizes daily husbandry and medical treatment plans for hospital patients. Performs exams, gives injections, treats wounds, collects blood samples. Supervises the volunteers/interns in daily

husbandry activities. Under the supervision of the senior biologists assists with federal reporting obligations, create and update records for all animals backssed through the program and meets reporting deadlines.

Under the supervision of the senior biologists, maintains the rescue/rehab animal care hospital area including, coordinating general maintenance and constructing and maintaining life support systems. Under direction of Senior staff places orders for the department. Provides 24-hour coverage for the rescue hotline. Assists with necropsies on deceased sea turtles using the prescribed methods and forms. Performs other position-related duties, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum

Training and Experience Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience.

Release/Testing Analyst role is responsible for establishing testing standards, protocols, and repository for all end-to-end testing requirements across our HR systems that support Ahold Delhaize's US Associate population of over 200,000 active associates.

This includes applications such as: Success Factors, Kronos, ECP, and our custom union solutions. This role is responsible for leading the test cycle governance, test case execution, and SAP release management of all US HR Systems. This position uses in depth understanding of the business processes and system connections end to end as well as working understanding of testing required to validate operational success for all core HR systems

and associated upstream/downstream impacts. Partners with the Design team to review Release impacts and develop test scenarios; partners with the Delivery team, Business Services Process owners and IT to conduct end to end testing required to support Change Requests; coordinates regression test efforts for ongoing operational projects and serves as the HRIS testing subject Matter Expert for business customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: Test, maintain, and monitor the path to production dev, test, and acceptance systems and environments. Define the goals of testing systems and processes and devise flow charts and diagrams describing the interconnections and required testing path across

the core HR Platform. Coordinate testing across all core HR systems, partnering with HRIS Design and Operations, IT, Global, and Business Services Process owners to deliver end to end scenarios and testing results.

Manage functional review activities to include creating delivery checklists, resolving business process questions and concerns, and making improvement recommendations for prioritization pipeline, presentations and formal executive reviews. Determine testing requirements, software, applications, or tools required to deliver high quality testing results. Develop, document, and revise testing design procedures, process flows, and quality standards.

Coordinate and link the required test standards across systems and processes to increase efficiency and compatibility of test results. Consult with management to ensure agreement on testing protocols systems, documentation, and coordination principles. Confer with Business Services counterparts regarding the nature of the information process flows and the expected output of test results. Train staff and users to work with test systems and programs to deliver user-driven end-to-end testing results. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience 4+ years of HRIS or significant proven analytical experience.

Ability to data mine and perform moderately complex analytical tasks related to creating and comparing data files and determining potential errors or omissions within the data to determine the root cause of error. Ability to recommend practical corrective actions on analysis provided. Participate in projects, partnering with Senior Analysts, business and HR leaders to solve moderately complex business problems and improve business effectiveness. Ability to create and manage project plans. Ability to create and establish testing processes, procedures, and documentation standards, implement and manage monitoring processes and controls.

This role is responsible for the timely, good faith adjustment and disposition of self-administered casualty claims in multiple jurisdictions. Responsibility extends to all aspects and phases of investigations to determine compensability or liability, evaluations, negotiations and settlements/denials of Workers' Compensation claims.

This role has direct responsibility for managing the claim in its entirety while maintaining service and quality level targets. This role is responsible, specialized technical work investigating and processing claims for self-insured claims programs. This role is the primary claim interface to associates, attorneys, healthcare providers, vendor partners and

Brand partners Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Claims Management Manage assigned Workers Compensation caseload within established targets and financial authority.

Performance standards include thorough investigations, evaluations, negotiation and disposition of all claims, while ensuring that all claims are in compliance with statutory and legal obligations. Monitor and ensure timely execution of all statutory deadlines or legal filings as needed. Analyze fact of the loss to understand the nature of the claim to develop strategies that provide optimal outcome and mitigate the overall Total Cost of Risk to the Brand bottom lines. Identify fraud indicators and actively pursue subrogation

opportunities. Monitor and actively manage medical treatment with the goal of minimizing disability and fostering a successful re-entry to the workplace.

Solid understanding of state and federal laws associated with employee relations, including, but not limited to: FMLA, and ADA, Closely monitor and manage prescriptions. Work with PBM to authorize prescriptions related to the injury. Collaborate with the Safety department in identifying hazards that exist in the retail and distribution operations and ways to minimize these risks. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal (Brands, Distributions Centers, Transportation, Ecommerce, Human Resources, Legal, Insurance) and external (vendors, healthcare providers, outside attorneys) customers.

Financial Impact Administration Manage book of Workers' Compensation claims business up to $5 million with authority to settle/negotiate a single claim within their authority of up to $75,000 (Corporate Authority policy) Communicate ongoing causes of associate or customer injuries to Safety and Brands. Serve as the primary point of contact to address and resolve claim issues impacting associate, vendor, and the Brands. Research and resolve claim/legal issues. Provide timely communication related to the claim, resolving issues, and responding to questions via phone, email, and online applications.

Basic Qualfications Licensed adjuster (as appropriate by jurisdiction) Bachelor's degree or 4 years WC claims experience Thorough knowledge of rules, regulations, statutes and procedures pertaining to workers' compensation and general liability claims.
