Present any deficiencies in documentation or process to the Sales team member for correction. Complete audit of calls at multiple stages of loan process. Audit active files on a monthly basis. Maintain strict compliance with all laws and requirements. Determine
operational compliance with regulations or standards. Complete customer files accurately. Contact respective agencies by telephone, email and/or mail to solicit information.
Assist with title audits and disposition of titles.
