Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security in adherence to relevant standards and policies. In conjunction with agency leadership, ensuring BSC is trained on and implemented across the network. Work with agency leadership within all departments to determine key watch metrics to track and analyze. Functions as the agency's point of contact for any data needed by internal or external stakeholders. Monitors unusual occurrences, incident reports; report follow-up procedures and reports monthly year-to-date comparisons.
Compiles statistical data and writes reports summarizing findings for executive/management staff. Provides ongoing analysis and resources to management for improvement and work with leadership to implement these improvements. Review and analyze trends in complaints, concerns or questions and provide feedback to leadership. Will be responsible for data collection and analyzation of agency wide management review and provide insight and recommendation to trends.
