The Analytics Specialist will perform in depth data analysis, create visual reports, apply statistical models, and collaborate with different departments to align analytics with business goals.

The Analytics Specialist performs wide variety of duties which may be broad in scope and involve complex variables. The Analytics Specialist works with moderate supervision, referring to their supervisor for unusual or unprecedented situations. Task for the Analytics Specialist will be given

by their supervisor with priorities to be set by the Analytics Specialist. Work will be reviewed for soundness set by their supervisor and work will be reviewed for soundness of judgment.

The Analytics Specialist maintains frequent contact with other agency personnel for the purpose of exchanging information, coordination and problem solving. Duties and Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insight and support decision making processes. Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Works collaboratively with information technology to ensure efficient data gathering. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific

business questions or challenges. Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, correlations.

Create reports and dashboards to communicate analytical findings to agency leadership and stakeholders. Apply statistical techniques and models to make predictions or identify relationships within the data. Presenting data findings in visually compelling manner using charts, graphs, and other visualization tools. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align analytics with organizational goals. Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics Work with agency leadership to use analytical skills to address specific business challenges and provide insights for decision-making.

Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security in adherence to relevant standards and policies. In conjunction with agency leadership, ensuring BSC is trained on and implemented across the network. Work with agency leadership within all departments to determine key watch metrics to track and analyze. Functions as the agency's point of contact for any data needed by internal or external stakeholders. Monitors unusual occurrences, incident reports; report follow-up procedures and reports monthly year-to-date comparisons.

Compiles statistical data and writes reports summarizing findings for executive/management staff. Provides ongoing analysis and resources to management for improvement and work with leadership to implement these improvements. Review and analyze trends in complaints, concerns or questions and provide feedback to leadership. Will be responsible for data collection and analyzation of agency wide management review and provide insight and recommendation to trends. Works with program directors and executive management to implement the BSC. Other duties assigned.
