A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR The Shift Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing the
daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of FOH employees.

Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents Review financial statements with general manager and ensure restaurant hits operational goals Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
Aid the General Manager with invoices, reporting and personnel/payroll related administrative duties.
