A position as Greenhouse Technician at MNL will provide hands on experience in the production and distribution of native plants, while working in an outdoor and greenhouse setting, alongside a supportive team of native plant enthusiasts.

There are multiple positions open for Full Time, Part-Time and Seasonal work. Hours and scheduling can be flexible. Please provide preference for seasonality and scheduling in application. Full Time positions may include

seasonal layoff during winter months. Duties and Responsibilities: Plant production: seeding, transplanting, watering, trimming, and plant health monitoring Order fulfillment: assembling and packaging orders, assisting in quality management Greenhouse infrastructure: assisting with facilities upkeep and maintenance Occasional Seed production and Field maintenance: field planting, weed mitigation, seed collecting, seed processing Required Qualifications: Experience working in horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, construction, or other trades preferred.

Interest in native plants and ecosystems Ability to follow direction, work individually and work within a team Ability to perform physical

labor and work in adverse weather conditions Valid drivers license and means of transportation Ability to maintain regular work schedule Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Prolonged periods of time standing. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, reach and move as needed in order to complete various plant production duties. Duties and Responsibilities: Applying chemicals as directed in production fields. Pulling and hoeing of weeds in production fields. Harvesting of seed, by hand or using hand tools. Transplanting small native seedlings. Cleans hundreds of species of native grasses, wildflowers, and sedges to create premium seed products. Operates a variety of machines from fanning mills to indent cylinders as part of cleaning
