at the forefront of making sure they get the best care possible! Position Overview The Traveling RN Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing the overall management and supervision of client care activities within a home care setting.
You will work in conjunction with other team members to ensure appropriate level of staffing and coordination of care in order to meet the clients' goals and will provide direct client care as needed. This position requires an ability to be flexible and work with all members of the health care team and provide ongoing supervision, clinical education, support, and evaluation to the nursing staff. You will be tasked with training and supervising
staff through your leadership skills. In this role, you must be comfortable working with families with limited resources, quick-thinking and astute decision-making skills with the attention to detail to problem solve and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities Partner with other leaders to establish and/or improve cross-functional systems and/or processes. Maintain long range sales forecasting tools/reports and provide timely feedback to senior management. Develop sales forecasts and team performance goals.
Motivate and coach sales team when necessary to deliver exceptional service while meeting or exceeding growth targets. Ensure that overall team time spent on actively selling is of the appropriate ratio to achieve the annual sales goal. Expand sales within desired customer segments. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Manage the performance of the sales and marketing team by performing
some of the following: huddles, one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, positive recognition, coaching and following up on personnel issues. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of objectives, industry characteristics, and cost factors.
Remain current on specific market trends and shifts to develop relevant future projections. Plan and implement website content updates with a focus on continuous improvement of user experience. Research, plan, implement and evaluate strategic marketing activities including SEM (SEO & PPC), email, social media, trade shows, online advertising programs and sales collateral. Qualifications 5-7+ years of previous sales
and marketing experience; 3-5+ years of previous supervisory/management experience.
Extensive experience in strategy and execution of search engine marketing activities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or related field preferred. Formal management training or coursework is strongly preferred. Relevant experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong mechanical aptitude may be substituted for the degree requirement. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and MRP/ERP systems (Epicor, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc).
