training effort supporting the U. S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This effort provides operationally focused " gap" training for U. S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements.

More About the Role: Develops, maintains, and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational

system (i. e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc. ). Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and backsses for incorporation into training products.

Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government. Work directly with Army Foundry Platform Course Managers to ensure proper training and qualifications are met by the contract instructors. Accountable for the management of daily functions of the Instructors at the Army Foundry Platform to include instructors not geographically located. Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manages the

hands-on, day-to-day accountability and supervision of assigned Contractor personnel and subordinate teams.

Conducts administrative management of assigned Contractor personnel. Assists PM in backssing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable, and maintain their job currency. Track and report training schedule for Army Foundry Platform training events and provide monthly status reports outlining events, outcomes, and Contractor support. Aid in class preparation by ordering workbooks, setting up workstations, printing appropriate student and instructor packets, references, and handouts, and setting up the student shared drive.

Responsible for graduating AFP students in ATRRS; provide detailed and quantitative report concerning number of AFP classes and graduates on a monthly, quarterly, bi-monthly, and annual basis and as required. Assist in the development, execution, update, and continual evolution of the Army Foundry Platform courses through emerging techniques, technologies, and AAR reviews. Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMGC within 90 days. You'll Bring These Qualifications: TS/SCI clearance Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications. 12 years as an MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) DCGS-A or DIS All-Source Analyst or equivalent experience as an All-Source Analyst on DCGS-A or DIS spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons. Minimum of 2 years as an instructor on the DCGS-A or DIS system. Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i. e. NGA College, NSA ADET, etc. ). Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission. Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e. g. Undersecretary level or higher). These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.

S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U. S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree. DISMG Graduate Preferred Qualification: Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i. e. NGA College, NSA ADET, etc. ).
