Assist in yearly production budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, manpower budgets, capital budgets, and reconcile forecasts with achievements. Projects range from the simple to very complex and encompass all facets of the operation, from the surface physical plant to underground infrastructure installations.

May include, but not limited to, backfill distribution, utility distribution and improvement, mine pumping and dewatering requirements, muck flow logistics and transport (infrastructure raises, conveyors, rail, skipping, etc. ), process improvements, mine ventilation, and long-term storage for process by-product.
