Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues, present findings to manufacturing engineering manager, and propose possible corrective actions. Provide training and support to employees on new processes and improvements.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to backss the effectiveness of implemented changes. Collaborate with manufacturing engineering manager and production manager to develop and implement strategic plans for process optimization. Additional duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college. A minimum of one year in an engineering role is required. Experience with lean six-sigma principles and methodologies preferred (no belt or certification required).
