Go on discovery calls or trips to meet prospective clients and generate and present solutions based on the client's needs. Works closely with the Growth team to prepare and lead pursuit and bid discussions with emphasis on obtaining decisions that can be actioned. Lead development of management, technical, teaming, staffing, and pricing solutions and integrate them into a winning whole that
will be both executable and profitable. Form pursuit teams, proactively identifying and incorporating technical and client subject matter expertise, corporate functional assets, partner knowledge, and external resources.
Manage workload assignments and level of effort across all resources. Prepare, manage to, and report on Bid & Proposal spending and return on investment for each opportunity led. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in related field or Associate's Degree and 15+ years experience in the field. 10+ years experience in Aviation & Defense industry required. Aviation related ISR experience a plus. Attention to detail and project management skills are required.
