Work with team members on various engagements to help with documentation and project tracking. Assist in creating tickets for new engagements. Assist in the process of standing up internal tools and applications as needed. Ensuring that data collected in the field is smoothly and efficiently uploaded into client systems. Assist in Quality Assurance and Issue reporting for internal tools. Performs basic data mapping and data conversion. Identifies client data field and structure needs and
maps and loads the data to the software systems. Creates and runs reports to address specific needs and to ensure data accuracy.
Writes technical documentation, including process reference, application usage notes, report parameters, and other information. Assist in the maintenance of managed server instances.
