Ensure clinic-generated documents are sent to the Health Information department, and office-related clinic documents are filed in the patient's record.
Create treatment plan estimates, review estimates with the patient, and collect upfront fees. Qualifications Required Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). Preferred Experience: One year's experience in a clinic, optometry, or dental office is preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. To receive bilingual differential pay, you must demonstrate the ability to communicate at level 9 on the language proficiency scale.
