This position supports a new agency office-building development project and will draft both internal and external communications. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a comprehensive site visit plan to be incorporated during the construction phase. Provide written materials for all agency communication products including websites, presentations, pamphlets, and information guides. Manage logistics requirements in coordination with local businesses and academic institutions. Coordinate shipment and the set-up of exhibits as required. Coordinate all documentation and submission deadlines for events and meetings. Establish processes and POCs (point of contact) for team use to successfully manage and run events. Schedule speakers, vendors, and participants and appropriate instructions

as needed. Coordinate and assist in the monitoring of event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Initiate, coordinate, and/or participate in all efforts to publicize events. Edit and design promotional materials through the Office of Corporate Communications. Prepare presentations with the visual information specialist as needed. Create Government-approved invitee list, send out invitations, and manage an RSVP list. Coordinate event logistics , including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations. Keep inventory of backdrops, projectors, computers, and other display materials.

Build a schedule for ad hoc visits for non-NCE, agency visits, and public officials as determined by the assigned government lead. Coordinate all visits with the construction site manager to ensure safety and to avoid construction disruptions. Manage logistics including transportation, instructions, and other relevant notifications for each visit. Maintain a log of each visit for future reference. Advertise tour options and requirements as directed by the government lead. Notify agency leadership of all site visit issues to determine if adjustments are required. Provide regular tour attendee backssments and feedback to T&E Assistant Program Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or similar. Active Do D TS/SCI security clearance. Must have 7 years of experience working within a Corporate Communications and event management environment. Demonstrated experience developing written event plans including timelines and logistic requirements. Must have 5 years' demonstrated experience using the Web to conduct research, event administration, and procurement and high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Responsible for Agency compliance with grants through site visits, data collection and tracking system Ability to advocate for people living with mental illness Ensures that room/apartments are clean for new residents (may include cleaning, moving and setting up) Responsible for reporting all housing maintenance issues through the appropriate procedure

Conducts resident house meetings and fire drills as needed Responsible for assisting residents at the time of moving in/out Reviews residents rent monthly with Supervisor With Supervisor, responsible for discharge planning of residents Rotation of on-call duties Preferred Experience with Entitlements (SSI/SSD, Medicaid, SNAP, etc).

Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalency with experience in human services required Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness preferred Valid NYS Driver's License with a safe driving record, access to a personal and reliable vehicle Physical Requirements: Sits, stands, stoops, squats, walks, and moves intermittently during work hours, may push or pull 10-15 pounds daily, may push or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally, drive agency vehicle Shift: Full-time (37.5 hours) Tuesday through Saturday (8:30 am to 4:30 pm), on call availability (Training takes place M-F) Full Benefits Package including Medical, Company-Paid Dental and Vision Single Coverage.
