Required Qualifications: Clean and active NYS RN license; BSN a plus Prior leadership/management experience in a nursing home, hospital or post-acute care setting 5+ years of experience as an RN in a medical/surgical, rehab or long-term care environment Prior Risk Management, Quality Assurance or other similar experience; knowledgeable in DOH regulations and survey prep Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead teams and empower staff Communicates effectively with others; is cooperative and helpful Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Job Posted by Applicant Pro
