Responsibilities: Assist sales representatives by generating quotes and entering sales orders. Inform existing clients about prices and shipping dates upon receiving orders.

Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders, invoices, and shipping status. Complete billing and order entry tasks using the company system. Organize and file documents. Handle customer complaints and collaborate with sales representatives for resolution. Perform additional administrative support duties as required. Qualifications: Japanese Bilingual
