and nurture a high-performing business development team, providing hands-on training and guidance to foster individual and collective success in exceeding client contact and lead conversion goals.

Develop and execute comprehensive outbound sales and business development strategies for the team. Initiate 60-100 prospect calls daily to build a robust pipeline. Schedule 5-10 meetings weekly and provide qualified leads to the sales team. Proactively engage in outbound phone calls to targeted leads from campaign lists, demonstrating enthusiasm and a strong willingness to establish meaningful client connections and drive business development opportunities. Generate new leads, identify decision-makers,

and facilitate pitch logistics using database tools and marketing techniques.

Collaborate weekly with Sales, Lead Generation, and Marketing for highly targeted lists aligned with strategic initiatives. Identify client needs and trends, building short/medium/long-term sales pipelines in accordance with targets. Monitor industry trends and regularly meet with the executive team to discuss strategy. Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, and delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals. Motivate, track performance, and report metrics and campaign feedback. Provide ongoing support and training to Business Development Specialists.

Organize sales accounts and track leads using CRM systems. Own operational procedures, utilizing best practices for lead generation tools and campaign initiatives. Engage with prospective and senior-level decision-makers to identify emerging business opportunities. Attend tradeshows and other industry and networking events to promote the company and further business development opportunities. Be a thought leader for the organization contributing ideas, articles, webinars, and other forms of media to educate Freedom team members, clients, and the community on the energy industry. Promote and speak enthusiastically about our products and services.

Foster a positive team environment and contribute to its success. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and comfortable with Excel & computers. Proven track record of exceeding quotas/goals. Previous experience in cold calling/telemarketing and lead development. 3-5 years of Business Development experience. Demonstrated ability to create and manage a prospect pipeline for executing sales strategy. Experience selling solutions, not just products. Exceptional attention to detail. 100% honesty and integrity.

Entrepreneurial and self-motivated. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Enjoy working in a high-energy team environment.
