FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Essential Functions: 1. Knows, understands and enforces rules and regulations governing the facility use and the facility emergency procedures.2. Develops and implements activities for the children and attentively monitors and interacts/plays with the children at their level.3.
Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and actively caring for the child care area.4. Orients parents in regard to policies and procedures of tot care and maintains positive rapport with all parents and patrons. 5. Checks infants and children in and out while providing basic child care. Maintain confidentiality of household information and records.6. Disciplines
children in accordance with established policy; counsels with parents as necessary.7. Maintains all equipment and supplies utilized in a day of activities. Maintains clean environment; performs janitorial duties as required or assigned to include body fluid cleanup, sanitizing area, and light housekeeping.8.
Knows whereabouts of children at all times.9. Administers first aid; contacts parents; contacts emergency vehicles as needed. Fill out incident/accident forms.10. Submits all forms and paperwork as required in a timely and efficient manner.11. Maintains child care area in a clean and organized manner 12. Informs supervisor of all information regarding the facility, staff and children.13.
Notifies supervisor of supply needs or equipment repair.14.
Attends all staff meetings and training as required.15. Assist in setups and cleanup as needed. 16. Provides courteous customer service to the general public in a professional manner. Handles complaints and comments and refers to proper personnel.17. Disseminates information about programs, special events, policies and procedures in a polite and effective manner.18. Guaranteed, Consistent Income The Olympic Sports & Spine model is a bit different. We guarantee 40 hours of pay each week, regardless of how many patients you see. Yes, all Massage Therapists are paid for downtime. So, you can be assured of a dependable, predictable income. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; however, we can accommodate a 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM if an
early start is preferred. Sign On Bonus! We are currently offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for all Massage Therapists. $1,500 is paid on the first payroll, and the remaining $1,500 after one year of employment.
In addition, up to $3,900 per year in productivity bonuses. Guaranteed Limits on Daily Work Massage Therapists are limited to no more than a maximum of 6 patients per eight-hour day. Regardless of patient volume, in the interest of employee health, Olympic Sports & Spine is committed to limiting the job's physical demands on the therapist. At OSS, our massage therapists are responsible for offering therapeutic massage therapy to OSS patients. OSS requires that massage therapists
provide treatment using conventional techniques such as Swedish , Sports , and Deep Tissue Massage.
