Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our healthcare team as a specialist in providing support and intervention for patients with chronic pain issues and substance use disorders.
The LCSW will be crucial in conducting backssments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating outpatient services to optimize patient outcomes. This position will be instrumental in helping patients achieve optimization for surgery while addressing their mental health and substance use needs.
