PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Serves in an administrative capacity to assist the RSC Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR team with administrative responsibilities throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: The RSC Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR Department goals and objectives in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the Retail Support Center. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Supports and encourage Ace Values: Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility and Teamwork.

2. Assist in recruitment efforts. This can include intake meetings, conducting phone screens, and sourcing resumes. Attend weekly recruitment meetings. 3. Administer post-offer drug testing, initiate background checks, and arrange for clinic visits, if required. 4. Assist with entering job requisitions, externally and internally post job openings. Assist with utilizing the system to gather and maintain notes regarding candidates and the interviewing process. Send all notifications as process directed. 5. Assist in the administration of Physical Ability Tests to qualified candidates.

6. Administer verbal offers, following up with a written offer to selected candidates, as needed. 7. Monitor progress of each candidate, and once complete, schedule orientation start date. 8. Ensure all onboarding tasks are complete in Workday, including I-9 s. 9. Coordinate new hire orientation, which may include sending invitations/notifications, room set up, making catering arrangements, and preparing new hire packets. 10. Assist with the RSC Daily Recruiting Tracker maintenance. 11. Maintaining and ensuring compliance of all HR files including filing and auditing of files and I-9 forms, new hire paperwork and termination paperwork.

12. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor s Degree preferred; emphasis on Human Resources a plus PHR/SPHR desirable Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources in a TA Coordinator, HR Coordinator, HR Specialist or HR Generalist role Knowledge and skill in employment law Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships Strong customer service orientation and demonstrated administrative experience Expertise in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and internet Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Good attention to detail Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Strong interest in recruitment, employment branding and general human resources practices We want to hear from you!

This position is Temp-to-Hire with the goal to convert to permanent after 90 days. Primary Purpose: The Maintenance Coordinator plans equipment repairs, preventative maintenance (PMs), Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul (MROs) events and work orders; maintains critical spares, spare parts and consumables, and other duties as

needed. This position is administrative in nature, and supports the Maintenance Team and facility in maintaining, repairing, installing and overhauling of fabrication and production equipment used in the manufacturing of consumer pressure washers, generators and water pumps.

Duties and Responsibilities: A typical day may include any of the following: Using the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan maintenance events, manage maintenance work orders and logging unplanned events (i. e. breakdowns). Understanding the maintenance requirements; i. e. PMs (running and non-running PMs), MROs and Critical Spares of our various plant and fabrication equipment to effectively plan

maintenance event. Building MRO and PM plans and critical spare parts and consumable lists using the CMMS system per the equipment manufacturer's recommendations.

Sourcing and procurement of goods and services, raw materials, equipment, critical spare parts, consumables and supply inventories in maintenance shop. Generate Request for Quotations (RFQs) with suppliers and prospective suppliers. Generate, submit and follow up of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Helping to ensure equipment uptime / availability metrics are met for manufacturing and facilities equipment by the planning of maintenance events and procurement of materials and labor.

Learn and understand the basic safe operation of our plant and fabrication equipment and shop tools, such as cutoff saw, drill press, bench grinder, hydraulic press, vertical band saw, arc welder, acetylene torch, and various other hand tools. Assisting in other areas of operation, as needed, to provide support during absences or shortages of staff. Qualifications: Required: High School diploma / GED. Commitment to all aspects of safety. Above average computer knowledge with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, and other related processing programs, with the ability to learn new systems/tools quickly.

High sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of Maintenance methodologies. Able to work collaboratively with different departments. Self-motivation and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred: Basic understanding of CMMS, ERP / MRP systems. Maintains accurate records for reporting grades and attendance, Provides student evaluations in accordance with institutional guidelines and accreditation/licensure body (if applicable) Meets required deadlines for submitting required end of course documentation to the division office.
