Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing the supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory Support the Warehouse Manager in safe, efficient and economic running of the Warehouse Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory Oversee and participate in incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments, which includes lifting and carrying materials Review records for accuracy and compliance with established
procedures Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members Assist with inventory counts Order warehouse supplies when needed Assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a management role Previous experience in vending/foodservice is preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Outgoing, personable, and ability to communicate with all levels of a company Ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good driving record Professional appearance Benefits: AVI offers: A family culture

Picking - responsible for the picking process for B2B lane including Proper use of WMS system and tools to accurately pick items for orders including scan to verify (devices, scanners, pallet jacks, carts, etc) Certified equipment operator for use with larger-scale order picking.
Execute order compliance measures during the picking process (e. g. labeling) Identify picking exceptions and see through to resolution in order to complete the order. Packing - responsible for executing packing process for B2B
lane including Proper use of the WMS system to cartonize orders. Understand and execute compliance SOP's during the packing process including packing, labeling, and shipping requirements.
Understand and execute required internal and external QC measures such as photos and documentation. Identify picking exceptions and see through to resolution in order to complete the order.
