Summary The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, managing Kanban items replenishment, leading receiving process and supporting kitting process for production. Key Responsibilities : Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods: Define and implement receiving and shipping process, improve material flow in the plant; Controls inventory levels,

conducting physical counts and reconciling with ERP system: Responsible for managingwarehouse material replenishment; : Coordinates/organizes delivery of products to maximize trailer usage.

Analyze root cause for inventory discrepancy and develop corrective action plan to resolve defined issues; Oversees kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits to the production area: Supports training of any new warehouse employees or other employees interacting with warehouse: Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures: Maintain and update key performance indicators Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual

Key Responsibilities: Uses an RF scanner to determine the proper products to be moved, gathered, or distributed for completing customer orders. Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets, shelves or conveyor belts based on the necessary route for either the packing station or shipping department. Operates a riding powered pallet jack and/or forklift to move products efficiently in a productive environment.

Receives processed orders, verifies accuracy of order and scans order into computer system. Banding product securely to respective pallet using company standards to ensure our customers satisfaction.

Utilizes machinery to shrink wrap products on pallets. Operates forklift and pallet jack to stage or load products as necessary. Loads orders safely and efficiently.Receives merchandise into the warehouse daily upon delivery.Unloads trucks and verifies inventory.Record and report discrepancies and/or damages as needed.Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies and skills: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. : Must have previous experience operating a gas forklift and electric

Primary Function Plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so that supplies and equipment are delivered to the proper departments in an effective and efficient manner according to departmental procedures.

The supervisor will also oversee the movement of inventory and address any freight issues and assist with returns. Responsibilities Plans and coordinates work assignments for the Shipping department. Trains, motivates and monitors the performance of Receiving/Shipping personnel. Responsible for

inventory management, cycle counts, and spot checks. Handle freight issues (lost freight, refused freight, etc) Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storage, shipping and salvaging of equipment and supplies.

Provide and necessary training to staff on shipping procedures, use of Fed Ex shipping systems and international shipping regulations. Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Qualifications Associate Degree 3+ years of related experience or training, preferably in inventory or shipping and receiving 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience. Additional Qualifications: Automated receiving experience, SAP preferred.

B. S or B. A. degree preferred. Effective communications both written and verbal are required.
