What You Will Do
Assist in increasing the effectiveness of the cup converting group by improving reliability, work processes, equipment performance, and team member capabilities. Support maintenance activities by developing, implementing, and monitoring asset strategies for production equipment.
Identify and address improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and equipment, including risk reduction, quality improvement, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement. Assist in conducting Root Cause Analysis of manufacturing processes and equipment issues. Participate in raw materials trials to evaluate performance and cost improvement opportunities. Contribute to plant streamlining and optimization
efforts and assist in standardizing work procedures. Work under the guidance of senior engineers to support equipment modification, installation, and start-up activities.
Assist in preparing project justifications and benefits analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify modifications to process equipment. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in Auto CAD or other 2D/3D CAD programs, such as Solidworks. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in reading and writing logic programming.
